Police wait outside at the scene of Mosman home where an 18-year old girl was believed to have had a bomb strapped to her on August 3, 2011 in Mosman, Australia. It is believed a balaclava-wearing man unknown to her entered the house and affixed what is reported to be an explosive device around the girl's neck complete with a ransom note. Initial reports suggested the act may be a possible extortion attempt to get money out of her businessman father. (Getty Images)
