Protests mark International Women’s Day

Women around the world have marked International Women’s Day with a series of demonstrations and protests. Women from countries including Spain, Turkey, India, Palestine, Lebanon, Pakistan, France, Afghanistan, and more took to the streets to make their feelings known on a variety of topics including domestic abuse, abortion law, and societal subjugation of women. International Women’s Day is marked on 8th March every year.
