Dubai is named the 25th most expensive and the priciest in the Middle East
Dubai has been rated as having the 25th most expensive office space in the world, according to a new report by CBRE Global Research and Consulting, at a cost of $92.57 per square foot. 1. Central Hong Kong has the most expensive office space, at $235.23 per square foot. 2. Second place goes to London’s West End, with a cost of $222.58 /sqf. 3. Finance Street in Beijing, China, comes in third with a square footage cost of $194.07. 4. Also in Beijing, third place goes to Jianguomen – CBD, at $187.06 /sqf. 5. In India, New Delhi’s Central Business District – Connaught Place – was ranked fourth at a cost of $178.96 /sqf. 6. Six position goes to West Kowloon in Hong Kong, $173.90 /sqf. 7. Moscow is the seventh most expensive place for office space, costing $165.05 /sqf. 8. Tokyo’s Marunouchi and Otemachi districts come in eighth place, with a cost of $161.16 /sqf. 9. The City of London is ninth, costing $132.94 /sqf. 10. New York is in tenth place, with office space in Midtown Manhattan costing $120.65 /sqf. 11. Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai, India, is in eleventh position, with a cost of $119.93 /sqf. 12. Paris is next in the ranking, costing $119.32 /sqf. 13.
