Sony announces PS Vita TV

Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. has unveiled its new PlayStation Vita, PlayStation Vita TV, and PlayStation 4 gaming console at a press conference in Tokyo, Japan. The Vita microconsole will be available in Japan in November for under $100, and will stream video and PS4 games. The company said it will start selling its PS4 in Japan in February 2014, with a price tag of $420.
