Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) has 21.3% votes as an employer of choice.

The only other home-grown hotelier in the list, Emaar Hospitality Group, garnered 19.4% of the respondents' votes as a company of choice.

Hyatt Hotels are the ninth most desirable hotelier to work for in the Hotelier Middle East 2016 Salary Survey getting the attention of 19% of respondents.

Finally, rounding off the list is InterContinental Group who also caught the attention of 19% of the choices from respondents.
