Nearly half of the respondents (46.2%) chose Four Seasons hotels as their employer of choice. 38.3% of respondents indicated they would work for Marriott International. Jumeirah Group is first of the home-grown hoteliers to feature on the list, coming in at number three (31.6%) as the company of choice to work for. Ritz-Carlton, with 25.7% of votes, are number four in the list. Starwood's portfolio of hotels stands at number five with just over 25% of the respondents expressing their interest to work for the hotelier. Close on Starwood's heals is Hilton with 24.1% of the choices coming in favour of working for Hilton Worldwide's regional properties. Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) has 21.3% votes as an employer of choice. The only other home-grown hotelier in the list, Emaar Hospitality Group, garnered 19.4% of the respondents' votes as a company of choice. Hyatt Hotels are the ninth most desirable hotelier to work for in the Hotelier Middle East 2016 Salary Survey getting the attention of 19% of respondents. Finally, rounding off the list is InterContinental Group who also caught the attention of 19% of the choices from respondents.
