Hakkasan, Qatar. The fine-dining Cantonese restaurant brand will debut in Qatar with an outlet opening in the soon-to-be-launched St Regis Doha. It is set to open in June and will be the eighth Hakkasan. Jamie's Italian, Dubai. With 290 seats and a pasta bar and mezzanine, Jamie's Italian opened in Dubai's Festival City in 2011 with the hope of bringing the authentic Italian food experience to the UAE. S.T.A.Y, Beirut. This French concept opened in Lebanon in October 2011 and offers the original way of tasting French cuisine. It is the brainchild of three-Michelin star chef, Yannick All'no. The Ivy, Dubai. The Ivy opened mid-2011 and emulates the ambience, the service and the food style of the original Ivy in London's West End. It features a private dining room and a 60-seat terrace. Gaucho, Dubai. The award-winning Argentine restaurant is newly opened in Dubai International Financial Centre, serving ceviches, traditional empanadas and renowned steak cuts. Cucina, Kuwait. A stylish new entrant to Kuwait's dining scene was Cucina at Hotel Missoni, the product of a licence agreement between The Rezidor Hotel Group and the Missoni fashion house. 'O' by Okku, Saudi Arabia. A dry version of the Dubai Japanese restaurant and bar concept is set to open in Jeddah in the Al Furusiya complex, part of the Park Hyatt in 2012. It is a tweaked version of Okku. Zuma, Beirut. The restaurant and bar concept, now in its third year of operation, has announced its plans for Middle Eastern expansion, beginning with Zuma Beirut, set to open in early 2012. Roberto's, Dubai. This Italian 'lifestyle venue' will be a a restaurant-cum-bar-cum-lounge concept. It will open in DIFC and offer 'Roman passion for food, Riccione hospitality, and Milanese style'. Amador, Abu Dhabi. Amador is Michelin-starred Juan Amador's new signature fine dining concept at Abu Dhabi's five-star Park Rotana hotel, and will formally open its doors on February 9, 2012.
