Top 10 shades for winter
The winter sun is just as strong as the summer’s
The sun may not be scorching hot but that doesn’t mean sunglasses are not necessary. Okay, we’ll admit that we don’t just use them to protect our eyes – they’re more of a style statement. Naturally, we had to find the top 10 picks that would go well with any winter wardrobe. And would protect your eyes, of course. 1. We doubt butterfly-shaped frames will ever go out of style, but that’s not what attracted us to this Chanel pair. It’s the pearls on the sides that really drew us in. 2. Most men like to make minimal effort when they dress up, which is why we chose this barely-there Tom Ford clip-on for winter. How sleek does that look?! 3. Winter colours tend to be a bit duller – at least most of the time. That’s why this ladies' bright Khaki Dior piece is the answer to any gloomy ensemble. 4. Gucci has proved that light blue and brown should be a new style staple. The combination couldn’t have come out better than the brand’s Havana Acetate round frame, blue piece. 5. Speaking of Gucci, the luxury brand is known for its exclusive use of bamboo in many of its products. It didn’t leave out this women’s large rectangle frame bamboo-effect pair. 6. This Louis Vuitton Nuance piece is our favourite men’s piece from the list. The classic square frame is ordinary, but the wood and carbon combination impressed us. 7. Tom Ford is the brain master behind many sunglasses' shapes – but this ladies' Nastasya cat eye is one of his best works. It’s so dramatic yet appears so classy. Don’t you agree? 8. If you’re not a fan of patterns or unusual frames, we recommend these men’s classic, square-shaped brown Tom Ford sunglasses. 9. We had to include another ladies butterfly number on our list, especially when it entails mirrored glasses, dark blue half-frames, and a Dolce & Gabbana name tag. 10. You know how Chanel released a flap bag with 3D lambskin flowers all over it? Well it just did the same in the shape of this Oval Camellia pair - and we're loving it!
