Where to stay: The best place to stay at during F1 is the Yas Viceroy where the circuit and most of the after-parties are located. But if you find yourself looking for other options, we recommend Crowne Plaza Yas Island, Staybridge Suites and Park Rotana Abu Dhabi which are all close to the circuit and offer luxury accommodation and amenities. If you would rather a more discreet location, opt for resorts such as Fairmont Bab Al Bahr or Traders Hotel Qaryat Al Beri Abu Dhabi by Shangri-La which are located 30 minutes away from the circuit and offer quiet atmospheres which allow you to unwind after a full-on events day.

How to party: If you’re looking to rub shoulders with A-listers such as Formula One drivers and celebrities, opt for the after-parties at The Podium Lounge located in club RUSH at the Yas Viceroy. They run from Friday to Sunday from 10pm to 4am. You can find a similar atmosphere On Saturday and Sunday in Amber Lounge at the Yas Links Golf Club where you have the option of watching the race from aboard the Amber Lounge Celebrity yacht before the party gets started. Famed nightclub VIP Room will also have a pop-up on the third floor of the Yas Marina Building 1 from Friday to Sunday.
