Dubai ruler, FBI chief discuss terrorism, cyber attacks

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has received Christopher Wray, the director of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

In presence of Dubai Deputy Ruler His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Mohammed discussed means of boosting cooperation between the FBI and concerned authorities in the UAE, especially in the area of exchanging information related to combatting extremism and terrorism.

The discussion also addressed the importance of cooperation in defence against cyber attacks, an area the FBI director praised the US-UAE collaboration for the benefit of both countries.
