PwC launches initiative to develop young Saudi leaders

PwC has launched a new initiative aimed at develop the Saudi leaders of the future.

Hemam: Developing Future Saudi Leaders is aimed at Saudi nationals and is designed to retain, attract and develop talent across the country, ultimately encouraging them to reach leadership positions within the company.

In addition to the various existing development programs, benefits for Saudi nationals include an added payment for travel, deferred reimbursements and bonuses to celebrate promotions and career milestones.

Hani Ashkar, Middle East senior partner, said: “We are entering a defining decade, as we support the realisation of Saudi Vision 2030 and build trust in the countries we operate in. Hemam is about more than just a benefits initiative, we are fueling nationalisation in the Kingdom, enabling our people to be fit for the future and lead balanced lives. For us, this is a key priority for sustained growth and development for such a talent-rich market like the KSA."

PwC has operated in the kingdom for over four decades. Almost half of the company’s staff in Saudi are Saudi nationals.
