Company formation firm Virtuzone has announced a reduction in trade licence and residence visa fees to help ease the burden of those impacted by the coronavirus.
In a statement, Virtuzone said that fees had been reduced to AED 19,995 plus VAT for a trade licence and a 3-year residence visa.
The statement added that the company has made the move to help organisations be flexible in the face of changing consumer behaviour to support their customers and their skilled work force.
Additionally, Virtuzone is offering dependent visas for the families of customers for the price of AED 4,995 plus VAT.
Earlier this week, the UAE boosted the size of its stimulus package to $34 billion as it seeks to fend off the impact of the virus.
The cabinet approved a AED 16 billion additional support package, bringing the total to AED 126 billion.
The UAE’s Central Bank had earlier rolled out a $27 billion package of measures to support its banks. Abu Dhabi and Dubai have both announced their own measures as well.
