The businesses must follow health measures during the 12 hours they can be open
Dubai has extended working hours for a number of businesses amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Dubai Economy has announced.
In a tweet, Dubai Economy said that money exchanges, building maintenance and related supplies merchants, cooling equipment repair and maintenance hours are to be extended from 8am to 8pm, with “adherence to precautionary health measures.”

Earlier in April, Dubai Economy identified nine food-related trading activities exempt from restrictions put in place during the National Disinfection Programme.
In a statement, Dubai Economy said that meat, fruit and vegetable trading, roasters, mills trading, coffee trading and tea trading firms are exempt from earlier restrictions.
Nuts, chocolates and sweet shops are allowed to remain open only if they are located inside shopping malls. Workers in these outlets must obtain a move permit from dxbpermit.gov.ae.
