Forecasters are expecting rain and thunderstorms in the UAE over the next four days.
Unstable weather leading to different intensities of rain is expected to prevail in most parts of the UAE over the next four days, according to the weather alert from the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS).
Forecasters have explained that the country will be affected by the extension of a low pressure from the southwestern part of the UAE as cooler air temperature comes at the upper air layer, causing the weather to be unstable.
It will cause rain and thunderstorms in the country, specifically in the northeastern and eastern parts, although it is difficult to predict which areas or emirates will specifically get rain, the forecaster said to local media.
“This instability in weather conditions will remain over the country for four days. The peak activity of this instability will be on Tuesday and Wednesday, concentrating on the northeastern and eastern region. But it doesn’t mean that the western part will not receive rain,” a spokesperson from the National Centre for Meterology and Seismology (NCMS) told Gulf News on Saturday.
