Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud has been awarded Hungary's highest medal during a visit to the European country.

The chairman of Kingdom Holding Company and Alwaleed Bin Talal Foundations visited Budapest where he met Dr Viktor Orbán, Prime Minister of Hungary.

In a statement, it was announced that Dr Orbán presented Prince Alwaleed with Hungary’s highest medal. The medal is his 74th Honorary Medal.

Prince Alwaleed's delegation to Hungary included Hatem Alghamdi, Saudi Chargé d'Affaires to Hungary, Dr Nahla Nasser Alanbar, Private Executive Assistant to Prince Alwaleed, Hassna Alturki, Department Head Travel & External Affairs,  Hani Agha, Senior Manager Travel & External Affairs and Fahad Bin Saad Bin Nafel, his Executive Assistant.

In March, Prince Alwaleed received at his office in Riyadh Dr Viktor Orbán, Prime Minister of Hungary and an accompanying delegation.
