There have been signs of a revival in Dubai's property market in recent months, with developers Nakheel and Emaar both seeing punters queue for hours to get their hands on units at their latest projects.

will become a thing of the past.

With local master developers
Dubai Properties Group and Damac Properties also expected to lay out their
latest pitches, the global flavouring of the event will be represented by
Turkey being displayed as the focal country for 2012.

Around the Gulf, master
developers from Qatar - such as UDC and Barwa Real Estate - are expected to get
