doors in Dubai today, developers will be hoping to use the emirate's biggest property showcase to drum up demand for new real estate projects.

blog on events and news from Cityscape Global from 12pm UAE time on Tuesday.
There have been signs of a revival in Dubai's property market in recent months, with developers Nakheel and Emaar both seeing punters queue for hours to get their hands on units at their latest projects.
Emaar sold out its Downtown
services apartment complex in less than a day and Nakheel’s Jumeirah Park
villas again witnessed crowded of eager tenants looking to snap up units.
As the models were set up at the
Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, with extravagant displays
again expects from the likes of Falconcity of Wonders, Dubailand and Dubai
World Central, anticipation is high that the sales slump seen in recent years
will become a thing of the past.
With local master developers
Dubai Properties Group and Damac Properties also expected to lay out their
latest pitches, the global flavouring of the event will be represented by
Turkey being displayed as the focal country for 2012.
Around the Gulf, master
developers from Qatar - such as UDC and Barwa Real Estate - are expected to get
join those clambering for column inches.
