Ellington, the Dubai-based design-centric lifestyle developer, has signed a partnership with Beike, China’s leading open-platform real estate listings portal. As per the agreement, Beike, which reaches buyers in 300 cities and serves more than 200 million families, will build awareness of Ellington’s premium Dubai real estate offering to Chinese investors.
The agreement was signed at a ceremony in Beijing between Ellington Managing Directors Robert Booth and Joseph Thomas, and Gene Shi the President of International Operations for Beike. With a network of one million agents and 100,000 property branches, the partnership with Beike aligns with the strong growth in business and trade ties between the UAE and China.
