Partnership with Online Auctions is designed to provide a different avenue for developers, owners and investors in Dubai
Dubai Land Department (DLD) has signed a deal with Online Auction, a firm that specialises in managing private property auctions, to help promote real estate in the emirate.
The agreement will provide a different avenue for developers, owners and investors to handle property sales, which can be done through public or electronic auctions.
Sultan Butti bin Mejren, director general of DLD, said: “This type of agreement shows our constant efforts to strengthen relations with the private sector across various fields, especially as we believe that the private sector provides diverse services that will help us enhance investor confidence, ensuring they receive the best and fastest services to meet their expectations.”
Ahmad Mustafa Ahli, owner of Online Auction, added: “Individuals and organisations can benefit from us with world-class services to achieve the results they are looking for thanks to the presence of specialised cadres and channels through which we can ensure the highest levels of success in the auctions we organise by attracting interested segments from the UAE and beyond.”For all the latest real estate news from the UAE and Gulf countries, follow us on Twitter and Linkedin, like us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube page, which is updated daily.
