The seven-part course covers the fundamentals of examining and investing in property
Property investment company IP Global has launched a free digital property investment programme aimed at first-time investors.
The programme – which is broken down into seven separate e-mails – is designed for those considering investing in property, as well as veteran investors who hope to widen their existing portfolio. The classes are led by Paul Preston, IP Global’s Dubai-based Global Head of Sales.
A variety of topics are covered, including the basics of property investment, investment asset classes, investment decisions, how to assess a property market’s investment case, outstanding mortgages, stamp duty and taxes.
“We created this course in response to feedback from first-time investors who not only want advice, but want to learn about the fundamentals of property investment,” said Richard Bradstock, IP Head of Middle East. “The free, digital programme will provide a solid foundation of the purchasing process, tips for researching properties to purchase, guidance on how to expand and improve existing portfolios, along with clear strategies to get the best out of your investment.”
“I am confident that, with our global expertise, we can guide beginners to understand the dynamics of different property markets and ultimately make smart investment choices,” he added.
