Cars will be used in the MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort in Dubai, the first wellness-inspired real estate development in the region
MAG Property Development is set to own the largest fleet of Rolls-Royce Ghost motor cars in the region following a deal to acquire twelve of the models from the Dubai dealership, Rolls-Royce AGMC, with the number of cars expected to increase in the near future.
The property development arm of MAG Group will use the fleet at its MAG Creek Resort in Dubai, the first wellness-inspired real estate development in the region and the largest of its kind in the world.
Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG Property Development, said the Ghost cars will represent a premium, luxury lifestyle characterised by comfort and wellbeing.
“The iconic reputation of the Rolls-Royce brand perfectly complements this project, which brings the concept of wellness-inspired real estate to the UAE for the first time and is designed to enhance the happiness of its residents by integrating the best of science, medicine and technology within an impeccably finished built environment,” he said.
Mamdouh Khairallah, general manager of Rolls-Royce AGMC, said the Rolls-Royce brand has many collaborations with the MAG Group.
MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort is a mixed-use wellness resort comprising 17 waterfront mansions built in line with the patented Delos Well Building Standard.
The project will also feature 75 luxury apartments, 172 serviced wellness holiday homes, a Worldcare Wellness Centre and a 95-room Wellness Hotel, as well as premium dining, retail and leisure options.
