Customers of Qatar-based beIN Sports channels have complained that services appear to have been blocked in the UAE.
The sports network was not available on du or Etisalat network, with users in the UAE taking to social media to complain about it being blocked.
Access to its website, where digital subscribers can access the channels, was also unavailable. Access to the beIN Sports app, however, was not blocked.
Du, in response to complaints on social media, apologised for the "inconvenience caused by this interruption".
Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Egypt and Yemen were among those to cut diplomatic ties with Qatar on Monday on the grounds that it supported extremist groups aiming to “destabilise the region”. Doha has denied the accusations.
Flights in and out of Qatar from have been suspended by carriers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain, while Qatar Airways has also halted its flight to the respective countries.
