Sea Pearl Ataköy will feature 1,474 luxury apartments and a five-star hotel, says Qatar developer
Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company said on Sunday it is embarking on a new seaside residential project in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Sea Pearl Ataköy development, which will overlook the Sea of Marmara, will feature 1,474 luxury apartments and a five-star hotel with high-end boutiques featuring global brands and restaurants.
The development will be established in a central location near other hotels, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals, the company said in a statement without giving details about completion dates or project values.
The residential units will go on sale on Tuesday, the developer added.
Commenting on the launch of the new project, Saad Al Otaibi, executive director of development at Qatari Diar, said: "We are proud of our newest project, Sea Pearl Ataköy, and its ability to reinforce the growing ties between the State of Qatar and Turkey."
Al Sayed added: "Sea Pearl Ataköy is a great addition to our series of existing projects around the world, which combine trendy architectural design and the highest standards of sustainable living."
The luxury development will be built in partnership with Turkish construction firm KUZU GRUP, he said.
Chairman Ozen Kuzu said: "We are delighted to be partnering with such a prestigious company like Qatari Diar. We hope that the quality of the finished product and the completion of the project in a timely manner will help to strengthen the growing relationship between Qatar and Turkey."
