Light showers are expected in the internal and coastal areas of the UAE on Thursday morning as temperatures are set to increase over the next two days, according to the Met Department.

Speaking to Arabian Business, a National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) official said it will remain partly cloudy with fog formation expected on Tuesday and Wednesday.

“Despite remaining partly cloudy over the next two days, temperature will continue to rise,” the official added.

On Sunday, Arabian Business reported that cloud seeding has increased the amount of current rainfall in the UAE as the country has experienced moderate to heavy rain during the past few weeks.
