Al Nuaimi Group wins contract to construct 68 villas following work on phase 1 of Ras Al Khaimah project
RAK Properties has awarded the construction contract for the second phase of its Flamingo Villas in the Mina Al Arab waterfront development.
The award to Al Nuaimi Group follows a few months after the announcement of the latest phase in response to strong demand for phase 1 units, RAK Properties said in a statement.
It added that Al Nuaimi Group was also contracted to construct the initial phase of the Flamingo Villas development, comprising 124 units, which are set for delivery by the last quarter of 2015.
Scheduled for completion within a year's time, Flamingo Villas phase 2 will build on the momentum of phase 1 and comprise of 68 units.
The Flamingo Villas project is a series of villas overlooking the Gulf and the Mina Al Arab Lagoon. Each unit will offer a sea view of the RAK coastline.
