RAK Properties has announced the launch of the second phase of its Flamingo Villas project, part of the Mina Al Arab development in Ras Al Khaimah.
The master developer of the coastal residential project also said that construction of the first phase of the project has progressed as scheduled, with the handover of units expected by the end of this year.
