RayaTech eyes Saudi market

RayaTech, the computer telephony integrations (CTI) vendor, today announced its entry into the Saudi market by forming an alliance with Computer Network Systems (CNS).

RayaTech, the computer telephony integrations (CTI) vendor, today announced its entry into the Saudi market by forming an alliance with Computer Network Systems (CNS). As the main distributor of RayaTech products in the KSA, the vendor believes CNS will help extend its presence in the KSA market.

“Both CNS and their customers will be fully supported as we will be training systems engineers and product managers to carry out implementations and handle pre sales activities for them,” says Mohammed Khatib, general manager, RayaTech.

RayaTech provides customer interaction solutions through its iConnect products suite, which include Interactive Voice Response (IVR), call centre, SMS, fax, e-mail and web.

“We are delighted to be making such an alliance with RayaTech. Their solutions are truly unique in the Middle East market in terms of their personalisation and arabisation capabilities,” says Omar Alnoor, country manager for CNS KSA. The Abu Dhabi headquartered CNS, partners with IT vendors such as HP/Compaq, Sun Microsystems, Cisco, Oracle, Microsoft, Hypercom and Wincor-Nixdorf to distribute their products across the UAE and other GCC markets.
