Dr. Al Seiari, Royal Health Group has been at the forefront of healthcare innovation in the UAE. Would you mind sharing a bit about your background and what led you to establish this group?

You see, I actually come from government healthcare. I was fortunate to serve in a variety of roles there. After a while, though, I felt a strong pull to continue giving back to my country, but in a way that let me directly impact patient experiences. That’s what led my fellow board members and me to establish Royal Health Group. Our core mission is to improve the health of the people we serve, and we achieve that by being relentlessly committed to excellence in everything we do.

Royal Health Group is really pushing the boundaries with technology to make patient care better. What are some cool examples of how you’ve pulled this off?

We believe technology should be a partner in compassion, not a replacement. That’s why we like to use state-of-the-art technology across all our specialties. For example, we are busy investing in creating the first smart hospital in the UAE to make the patient journey smoother and more efficient.

But you also emphasise a compassionate approach. Can you give an example of how you balance technology with a human touch?

At the Royal Health Heart Center, the technology we use allows for early diagnosis and treatment of heart conditions, for example. But most importantly, we put together a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. Each patient’s journey is unique, and we make sure they receive not just the best medical attention but also genuine care and respect.

Royal Health Group isn’t just focused on the UAE, is it? You have plans for expansion, right?

Yes, absolutely. We believe in making high-quality healthcare accessible not just across the region but also globally. But to start, we’re planning to replicate our success in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman.

It sounds like Royal Health Group is not just about treating illnesses but also about overall well-being.

Exactly. We’re looking to reshape rehabilitation services by incorporating not just physical therapy but also regenerative treatments, stem cell therapy, and even personalised medicine. Ultimately, our goal is to create a healthcare experience that heals the body, mind, and spirit.

That’s a very ambitious goal. What excites you the most about the future of Royal Health Group?

We’re excited to be at the forefront of the revolution that is currently going on in healthcare and believe that by merging cutting-edge technology with genuine human care, we can create a healthcare experience that is transformative and deeply human. At Royal Health Group, the future of healthcare is already here, and it’s all about the patient.

For our last question, Dr. Al Seiari, is there anything else you’d like to add about Royal Health Group and its mission?

Royal Health Group is more than just a healthcare provider but instead a community of doctors and healthcare professionals dedicated to improving lives. We invite you to join us on this journey as we redefine what’s possible. We want to shape a future together where cutting-edge technology meets unparalleled compassion and every patient is not just treated but understood and cared for.
