UAE's Fuel Price Committee announces decision to increase fuel prices in the UAE from August 1
Petrol prices in the UAE are to rise in August after a decision by the UAE's Fuel Price Committee.
Super 98 petrol will cost AED2.37 per litre from August 1, up from AED2.30 a litre in July, while Special 95 will increase to AED2.26 a litre from AED2.18 a litre.
The price of a litre of diesel will rise to AED2.42 a litre in August compared to AED2.35 a litre.
Fuel prices in the UAE were liberalised in August 2015, so they now move with the market.
