Apple will re-open its three stores in the UAE on Monday, June 8, the company has announced.

The three stores – at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi, Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates – have been closed for over two months as part of wider precautionary measures taken to combat the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We’re excited to begin welcoming visitors back to some of our UAE stores this Monday,” a spokesperson said in a statement.

“With many working and learning from home, we look forward to providing the service and support they need, whether that will be picking up a new product or getting help with the one they already own,” the spokesperson added.

The newly re-opened stores will include a number of safety precautions designed to safeguard customers and staff from the Covid-19 pandemic, including temperature checks, social distancing and mandatory face coverings.

All three stores will be open from 11am to 7:30pm.
