Abu Dhabi's master tourism developer has said that the third phase of its Saadiyat Beach Villas project is scheduled for completion in June 2015.
Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) said the latest phase of development would see the construction of 77 luxury residences, raising the total number of units to 428.
TDIC said the third phase was fully sold off-plan following its launch in April 2013.
Ahmad Al Fahim, executive director of Marketing, Communications, Sales & Leasing at TDIC, also revealed that the developer is planning to launch more residential projects to cope with demand.
“To accommodate the growing demand and interest for our developments on Saadiyat, we are planning to launch more residential offerings in the near future, including villas and apartment buildings,” he said.
He added: “We are pleased to be developing this latest phase of the Saadiyat Beach Villas, which comes as a response to overwhelming market demand due to the villas’ high-quality finishes, its prime location close to Saadiyat Beach and its diverse offerings.
"This shows that Saadiyat is fast becoming a coveted residential address, which will be enhanced once the island’s other developments come online, especially the museums.”
The Saadiyat Beach Villas comes in four and five-bedroom villas available in Mediterranean style. Residents can also enjoy the community’s landscaped parks, play areas for children, swimming pools and terraces, gyms, and basketball and squash courts.
The community is close to Saadiyat Cultural District, which will feature three leading cultural institutions designed by five Pritzker Architecture Prize winners. These include Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, which are set to be completed in 2015, 2016 and 2017 respectively. For all the latest real estate news from the UAE and Gulf countries, follow us on Twitter and Linkedin, like us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube page, which is updated daily.
