SAP Arabia has outlined details of its upcoming participation at Cairo ICT 2007, Egypt’s largest IT exhibition. The e-business solutions provider will use the exhibition to present its latest solutions and products including mySAP ERP, mySAP CRM, mySAP supply chain management and mySAP supplier relationship management.

“SAP’s presence at Cairo ICT [event] represents our ongoing commitment to the region and gives us the opportunity to share our business strategy and strengthen relationships with our customers, prospects, and partners,” said Essam Enany, president at SAP Arabia.

“We will showcase innovative SAP solutions that will help companies transform and streamline their business processes as well as out-think, out-execute and out-perform their competitors,” he continued.

The exhibition will give SAP customers the opportunity to explore how SAP technology applications and industry solutions power businesses. Companies in industries such as oil and gas, retail, manufacturing and financial services will be able to learn about SAP’s product road map. The company will also focus on public affairs, financial services, as well as, midmarket and real estate solutions to drive its growth in Egypt during 2007.

“Egypt is a key market for SAP Arabia. The IT market in Egypt is maturing and there is more investment coming into the country. We expect ERP spending to be strong in the banking, real estate, government and the mid market segments and are working very closely with the public and private sectors to provide them with business solutions that will help support their strategic growth,” Yasser Refaat, country manager Egypt at SAP Arabia, concluded.
