UK-based Cellcrypt provides solutions that allow encryption of voice calls between smartphones

Secure voice solutions firm Cellcrypt have opened an office in Dubai to support increasing demand for their solutions from the Middle East and Africa regions.

The company, which is headquartered in the United Kingdom with offices in the United States, is known for its VOIP-based software solutions that encrypt voice calls between standard smartphones across all major wireless networks including 2G, 2G and Wi-Fi. Cellycrypt also supports secure mobile-to-landline calls and its solutions are suited for wide deployment.

CEO Simon Bransfield-Garth regards the Middle East as one of the ‘growing’ regions for the company, revealing to itp.net that its clients from the region are “primarily government based”.

"The launch of the Dubai office allows us to better service our existing customers and partners in Middle East and Africa as well as more rapidly address demand from new customers," said Simon Bransfield-Garth, CEO at Cellcrypt.

“The ability to undertake secure voice calling using smartphones is a new capability in the market (Middle East) and Cellcrypt has created the office to satisfy the strong local demand,” he added.
