UAE-based real estate developer Sweet Homes has launched seven commercial and residential towers valued at US $354 million (AED 1.3 billion).
The developer's latest projects will be constructed within 'Ajman Uptown', a $680 million community development, which will accommodate the first freehold residential villas in Ajman.
As well as seven four-storey buildings, the township is also set to offer a total of 1504 two-storey villas and townhouses spread over a total area of 370 million m2.
The project will include the construction of five mixed-use luxury towers, including Heliconia - a 42,936m2 building, which will include a total of 352 studio, one and two-bedroom flats, and 30 retail spaces on the ground floor.
Iris, a 22,741m2 development, will have 188 flats and 15 commercial spaces and Jatropha, a 21,751m2 mid-rise structure, will include 184 residential and 14 commercial units.
Another 30,430m2 project called Kentia will include 224 residential flats and 28 business spaces, along with Ludisia, which will offer 148 apartments and 14 retail units within a total area of 17,321m2.
