Sobha Group, the real estate developer, has announced that 70 percent of phase 1 and 2 in its Sobha Hartland has been sold out.

Hartland Greens located on the Dubai Water Canal is part of an eight million sq ft resort-style luxury housing project with 30 percent green space being built by Sobha.

The developer said in a statement that construction of Building 1 and 4 in Sobha Hartland Greens phase 1 will be completed in the next nine months and construction is in full swing of both villas and apartments.

Sobha Hartland Greens comprises a total of 521 apartments in phase 1 and 2. Phase 1 is on track and will be ready by December while phase 2 is expected to be completed by December 2018.

Phase 3 of the project will be launched shortly, the developer added.

Sobha Group has three major projects under construction, two of which are located at prime locations in the heart of Dubai and are expected to be completed by 2020.

Sobha Hartland additionally boasts of a clubhouse, two international schools, three boutique hotels, premium restaurants, retail, spa, community mall and leisure activities.
