Sorouh wins prize for Abu Dhabi Park

Abu Dhabi-based real estate company Sorouh has won a prize for its Central Park at Shams Abu Dhabi project.

Abu Dhabi-based real estate company Sorouh has won a prize for its Central Park at Shams Abu Dhabi project.

The firm picked up the award for best development at the CNBC Arabian Property Awards.

Designed by US-based landscape architectural firm Carol R Johnson Associates (CRJA), the park features 8.1 hectares of landscaped greens and has amenities including restaurants, cafes, water canals, and lakes.

The park is expected to be ready for use by 2010.
