Dubai Silicon Oasis to focus on wearable technology as one of the most opportune new technology areas for start-ups.
A new session of Dubai Silicon Oasis’s TechForum will throw the spotlight on wearable technology and demonstrate virtual reality wearable tech for the first time in Dubai.
Taking place on 16 September at Dubai Silicon Oasis Headquarters, the 16 session of Silicon Oasis Tech Forum will explore how wearable gadgets impact societal change and offer a live demonstration of the virtual reality wearable Oculus.
The UK-based development company will demonstrate its Oculus Rift software, which is a virtual reality head-mounted display.
One of the event’s speakers, Vin Sumner, managing director at Clicks and Links, will give a tour of virtual reality to the audience while the second speaker, Martyn Molnar, CEO of Tupelo, will discuss how wearable technology can be used as a catalyst for positive social change.
