UPS has launched a new survey targeted at small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) in the United Arab Emirates, in a bid to better understand their shipping, transport and logistics needs.

The SMB e-commerce survey, in partnership with SME10X.com, aims to map out performance gaps and provide recommendations that will help small businesses in the UAE improve efficiency, augment shipping speeds and ultimately reduce costs.

The survey is completely digital and any UAE company can participate by clicking on this link.

The survey takes a couple of minutes to complete, will be available until August 31 and, as an incentive, UPS is offering all respondents a chance to redeem up to 50 percent discount on its services.
