Dubai-based Shadani Consulting has launched a new service that offers complimentary public relations and social media resources for SMEs and entrepreneurs.
‘The Comms Room’, founded by PR and digital marketing expert Zaib Shadani, is a platform where SMEs can access a library of ‘Do It Yourself’ resources, professional templates, webinars and best practice guidelines to learn the fundamentals of communications, develop their PR strategy and engage in effective crisis communications.
In addition to the strategic tools and communication templates, The Comms Room also extends a free strategy session with Shadani, where SMEs can get expert advice and plan for next steps.
Shadani said the new service was launched in response to changing needs following the impact of Covid-19 on the start-up sector.
“We know that many SMEs and entrepreneurs are struggling to activate their PR and marketing, but they are precisely the ones who need to be promoting their company and services,” said Shadani.
“The idea for The Comms Room came from a desire to empower small businesses to be able to engage in the basics of PR and social media for themselves, while also allowing them to upskill.”
