As a result, the market is now starting to steer in a more strategic and managerial direction as more consultancy and management companies start to enter the market.

An all new two-day 'Property and Facilities Management Conference’ will be launched alongside the exhibition.

There is also a more tactical move in the service delivery sector, with many companies now offering integrated packages.

In its third year, the FM Expo launches two new additional areas to add value and benefit the industry.
