Tickets for the event will cost between AED 5,500 and AED 7,500 and go on sale from Thursday, September 6
Singer-songwriter Rihanna will be in Dubai later this month to deliver a make-up masterclass at an event that will benefit the Dubai Cares organisation, Sephora announced on Wednesday.
In 2017, the 30-year old Barbadian superstar founded Fenty, a successful makeup line which is sold in Sephora stores across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain.
Tickets for the September 29 event go on sale on September 6 at 2 PM UAE time, although Sephora Beauty Pass members will be able to buy tickets – through a private link – from 2 PM on Wednesday, September 5.
According to Ticketmaster, tickets for the events will be priced between AED5,500 and AED7,500. The proceeds will be used to benefit Dubai Cares.
A location for the event has yet to be announced.
In 2017, Time Magazine named Fenty as one of the 25 best inventions of the year. In an interview with the magazine, Rihanna said she had “100 percent involvement” in the creation of the make-up line, ranging from products to packaging.
“The options are pretty much unlimited in the world of beauty, and I love challenges, so I’m going to continue to have fun and push the boundaries in this industry,” she added.
