Tanmiyat Global, in partnership with Delta International Real Estate have announced the launch of The Skyline Towers, a new luxury set of twin towers located in the heart of Dubailand and set for completion in 2018.
Spanning 34 floors, The Skyline Towers will become Dubailand's tallest structure, covering more than one million square feet and including 750 residential and hotel apartments, the developer said in a statement.
An additional eight floors will form the base of the two towers, consisting the Legends Mall and parking, it added.
Tanmiyat said each of the one, two and three-bedroom studio apartments is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows.
"The Skyline Towers is set to become Dubailand's most iconic new structure," said Mohammed Bin Odah, CEO of Tanmiyat Global.
"They are designed to provide luxury yet affordable accommodation with breathtaking panoramic views across the Dubai skyline unlike any other. This new venture demonstrates our commitment to maintaining a long-term presence in Dubai."
Delta International Real Estate has been appointed to manage the portfolio and will form the tower association and handover of the property on behalf of Tanmiyat Global.
