Dubai-based luxury property developer, Seven Tides International, has unveiled a virtual reality (VR) tool to showcase its SE7EN Residences project on Palm Jumeirah.

The Visual Navigator is a web-based 3D platform for architecture and interiors, which presents an immersive virtual 3D walkthrough tour of a chosen apartment.

The powerful visualisation tool allows prospective buyers, residents and investors to view 2D and 3D floor plans, take specialised 3D tours and view relevant images, videos and diagrams.

Additionally, a web-based 3D editor functionality allows buyers to experiment with interior styles and configurations to fully visualise their dream home, before committing to a purchase, a statement said.

“Using the latest technology, Visual Navigator is a state-of-the-art tool revolutionising how buyers interact with real estate developers and agents. This marks a turning point in how Dubai’s real estate is showcased to prospective buyers and It’s an exciting development for both Seven Tides and Dubai’s wider real estate industry,” said Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides International.

Located on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, SE7EN Residences is a collection of beachfront properties and exclusive residential apartments.

Apartments are priced at AED752,000 for studios, AED1.03 million for one-beds, AED1.99 million for two-beds and AED3.55 million for three-bedroom units. Completion is set for December 2019.
