Dusit Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with ACES Property Development to operate DusitPrincess ACES Dubai, a new hotel apartment project in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai.

This will be Dusit Hotels and Resorts' sixth property in the Middle East, the company said in a statement.

It added that DusitPrincess ACES Dubai will cater to both transient and extended stay guests.

DusitPrincess ACES Dubai will comprise more than 250 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses while amenities will include a spa, dining options, gym, sauna and pool with an open-air café.

Suphajee Suthumpun, Group CEO of Dusit International, said: “We are delighted ACES Property Development has entrusted Dusit with this project, which we are confident will be a great success.

"The DusitPrincess brand is all about great value and friendly, dynamic service, and we are very glad to see it joining and complementing our existing Dusit Thani and dusitD2 properties within the region.”

“We are extremely proud of our development, and believe Dusit International, possessing a wealth of experience within the hospitality industry, is the perfect partner to deliver our vision,” added Kashif Shahzad, president of ACES.
