Not that it's doing badly - a $2.8bn H1 profit means that CEO Mohamed Al Mady will be pretty happy with his team's work. Sales growth did slow in the second quarter as prices for its products fell, and inventories surged by around a third due to a slowdown in demand. However, CFO Mutlaq Al Morished has said inventories will pose less of a problem during the second half, and we're inclined to believe him.
