Tiger Towers launched

Tiger Properties has launched two new towers, to be located in the Dubai Waterfront development.

Tiger Properties has launched two new towers, to be located in the Dubai Waterfront development.

Details of the MEP contracts are currently unavailable although the firm has confirmed an MEP consultant has not yet been appointed. The two towers will be 170m and 185m tall and will cover a built-up area of 121,500m2. A total of 3,000m2 of retail space will join the towers at street level, as will a four-storey podium building.

The building’s slim design means the majority of the space inside will be corner units. They will be located in the Madinat Al Arab portion of the development and will include amenities such as a restaurant, spa and swimming pool.

Dubai Waterfront will host residential, commercial and industrial facilities on a group of artificial islands and canals. Dedicated utility centres and energy and water conservation measures will be employed in the project in an effort to make it more sustainable.
