Dubai reveals comprehensive traffic plans for New Year's Eve
At a press conference earlier today, it was announced that Dubai Police will have 4,000 officers on duty as well as 2,000 patrol teams working across the emirate to manage security.

Dubai Police and the Roads and Transport Authority have announced details of their extensive plan to manage this year's New Year's Eve celebrations.

At a press conference earlier today, it was announced that Dubai Police will have 4,000 officers on duty as well as 2,000 patrol teams working across the emirate to manage security.

Dubai Police will also use 12,000 cameras to monitor traffic, with a number of road closures also announced.
