Around 87,000 aerospace trade professionals are expected to attend the event from November 17
The organisers of the Dubai Airshow are forecasting an increase of nearly 10 percent in the number of exhibitors at this year’s upcoming event.
The five day bi-annual aviation trade show will take place in Dubai from November 17, 2019 at Dubai World Central. Organisers predict there will be around 1,300 exhibitors this year, an increase of 8.33 percent on the 1200 who attended the last event in 2017. It is also forecast that 87,000 aerospace trade professionals will attend the show.
“The Dubai Airshow has grown every year across its 30 year history to reflect the innovations and opportunities in the aerospace industry, in the Middle East and globally,” Michele van Akelijen, managing director of show organisers Tarsus F&E LLC Middle East, said in a preview video released to the press on Tuesday.
“The 2019 edition will be no exception, from new exhibitors to the return of feature areas and conferences,” she added. For all the latest transport news from the UAE and Gulf countries, follow us on Twitter and Linkedin, like us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube page, which is updated daily.
