Eight candidates will be shortlisted and invited to Dubai for a one-week casting and interview process
Emaar Hospitality group has announced that it will conduct a worldwide search to identify talented young people interested in the hospitality sector, with the ultimate aim of nurturing the most talented individual for a senior position in the company.
Open to all aged 26 or below, the talent scouting competition will see the winner taken through a three-year, all-expenses paid programme.
“With the guest profile changing and a new generation of travellers and entrepreneurs demanding new hospitality experiences, it is important to have youthful thinking and young leaders, who can lead the industry to the next era,” said Emaar Hospitality CEO Olivier Harnisch.
Harnisch added that the initiative “aims to open doors to learn about the industry from the experts and build a rewarding career in a managerial role.”

The winning candidate must be below 26 years old, and hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from any discipline by the time training begins in September 2018. Additionally, the winner will receive remuneration as per industry standards, including housing and transport allowance.
In the role of interim general manager, the winner will work across a number of aspects by shadowing the CEO and senior managers, and will also pursue a fully-funded executive MBA programme in Dubai.
