Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality and leisure business of developer Emaar Properties, on Wednesday announced that it will open four new hotels in Dubai under its premium luxury Address Hotels + Resorts and upscale lifestyle Vida Hotels and Resorts this year.
It also said Rove Hotels, the joint venture of Emaar Properties and Meraas, will open a new mid-scale hotel in the city.
Two hotels will open under Address Hotels + Resorts, both in Downtown Dubai - Address Fountain Views and Address Sky View.
The new hotels to open under Vida Hotels and Resorts are Vida The Hills and Vida Harbour Point while the new Rove Hotels property is Rove At The Park.
All the hotels have commenced online booking and the response from guests is strong, Emaar Hospitality said.

Address Fountain Views will feature 193 hotel rooms and suites plus an array of lifestyle amenities including The Spa at Address Fountain Views, several dining choices including The Restaurant while the Address Sky View will offer 169 rooms.
Vida Harbour Point in Dubai Creek Harbour will have 275 rooms, a fitness centre, two themed restaurants and five meeting rooms while Vida The Hills will offer 157 rooms and suites, themed restaurants, a pool and a gym.
