Millennium Al Barsha Hotel in Dubai set for August opening

The Millennium Al Barsha Hotel is complete and is scheduled to open its doors next month.

The four-star hotel and serviced apartments has been built by Dubai-based Deyaar and will be operated by Millennium Hotels & Resorts.

The seven-storey property has a total of 408 units, consisting of 109 serviced apartments (93 one-beds and 16 two-beds), and 299 hotel rooms (with 15 suites).

Saeed Al Qatami, chief executive officer, Deyaar, said: “Here at Deyaar, we are honoured by this chance to continue to support Dubai’s Tourism Vision 2020. The city wants to attract more families and more mid-market travellers. Millennium Al Barsha Hotel, with its modern rooms at affordable prices, will help do just that.”

Millennium Atria Business Bay opened earlier this year – the first hospitality venture between Millennium Hotels & Resorts and Deyaar.

Additional upcoming developments for Deyaar include Millennium Mont Rose serviced apartments which is currently in its final stages and will open later this year at Dubai Science Park.
