New residential community is set at the heart of Hawana Salalah, the sultanate's largest tourism destination
Oman-based developer Muriya has launched Laguna Gardens, a new residential community set at the heart of Hawana Salalah, the sultanate’s largest tourism destination.
The development offers a range of one, two and three-bedroom single storey villas, in addition to studios and simplexes with direct pool access.
Muriya said Laguna Gardens is designed as a celebration of the finer things in life, surrounded by Hawana Salalah’s five-star resort facilities.
“We are confident that Laguna Gardens will be well-received by future Hawana Salalah residents and investors alike,” said Seif Elkhouly, chief development officer, Muriya.
“Our new project is exceptional in location, allowing premium views for all properties and privacy, while maintaining social connectivity, and ease of access to all the facilities located within the development.”
For the first time in the sultanate’s real estate market, boutique bathrooms with private courtyards are introduced as part of the new project.
Every bathroom looks out through generous windows onto a lush courtyard and an outdoor shower within a private enclave, Muriya said.
Muriya is a partnership between Orascom Development Holding and Oman Tourism Development Company and has so far invested over $650 million. For all the latest travel news from the UAE and Gulf countries, follow us on Twitter and Linkedin, like us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube page, which is updated daily.
